Looking forward to the leadership workshop this weekend with the consultants from Library Strategies and the Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library. As part of an Otto Bremer Foundation grant the library is receiving consulting services to address issues in library advocacy, fundraising, and marketing. Consultants have already visited the library for a capacity assessment to help us decide where we need the most help. Jodi Bird, our Children’s Librarian and Library Board member Dayle Mandelson are also participating.
